At Auburn Jewelry, we take pride in our handcrafted pieces and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not in love with your jewelry, we accept returns on unworn, non-custom items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the jewelry in its original packaging, including all gift boxes and certificates, to ensure the items are protected during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking number.
Receive Your Refund
Once our studio inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
